Intuit Group Product Manager - QuickBooks Live in Mountain View, California

We're seeking an experienced Group Product Manager to lead the QuickBooks Live team responsible for top-of-funnel experiences and embedding Live Expertise throughout the QuickBooks ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of human-assisted software and how it augments AI, driving innovation and growth for our customers.

In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, engineers, service experts, and business leaders—to design, deliver, and optimize market-leading customer experiences. You will own the product vision, strategy, and execution for embedding Live Expertise within QuickBooks, ultimately driving customer success and operational efficiency.

What you'll bring

  • Experience: 8+ years in product management with a proven track record of launching and scaling innovative products, ideally in technology-driven, AI-powered service environments

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive transformational change. Experience in managing high-performing, engaged product teams

  • Customer Centricity: Passionate about understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable product strategies. Track record of delivering customer-backed solutions

  • Operational Excellence: Strong operational acumen with the ability to implement processes that drive efficiency and scale. Experience in navigating high levels of ambiguity and visibility

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all organizational levels

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of technical concepts, platform requirements, and the ability to work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field required. MBA or advanced degree preferred

How you will lead

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define, articulate, and communicate a bold and compelling product vision for QuickBooks Live's top-of-funnel experiences and embedding Live Expertise throughout QuickBooks

  • Customer Focus: Develop deep customer empathy through immersion in customer research. Transform insights into a roadmap of innovative solutions that address key customer pain points and drive business outcomes

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Foster strong cross-functional partnerships to align product strategies with broader business objectives. Work closely with other QuickBooks product teams who are focused on shared experiences, self-help, Intuit Assist, and key job centers to ensure a unified strategy and seamless user experience

  • Execution Excellence: Lead the scoping, planning, and delivery of product initiatives in collaboration with internal teams. Implement agile methodologies to deliver timely, high-quality product releases

  • Innovation & Experimentation: Cultivate a culture of learning and experimentation. Leverage data analytics, customer insights, and A/B testing to inform product decisions and continuously iterate on product offerings

  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers. Foster a culture of empathy, accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement

  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficacy of product initiatives. Report on business performance and make data-driven adjustments as necessary

  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key internal and external stakeholders, including service delivery partners and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and drive broad adoption of new product features
