THE JOBUS Concerts is seeking an Lawn Chair Crew. The Lawn Chair Crew will positively interact with guests and employees to provide information and assistance on day of show sales.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Greet all guests and assist in answering any questions they may have about the venue.

  • Move lawn chairs from storage area to selling area.

  • Assist cashiers with scanning pre-purchased lawn chair rentals and handing chairs to guests as needed.

  • End of night retrieval of lawn chairs from the lawn back to the storage area.

  • Complete restocking of all lawn chairs into storage containers each night.

  • Ensure lawn chairs are clean and in working order prior to guest distribution.

  • Assist in non-show day inventory and maintenance of lawn chair equipment.

  • May assist in inventory and storage projects for other venue products as needed.

  • Eligible to participate in commission pool for shows that exceed the Day of Show Upsell target

  • Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Position requires constant walking, standing and occasional sitting in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions; lifting/carrying 25+ pounds.

  • High school diploma/GED preferred.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Must pass pre-employment background check.

  • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Acute sense of judgement, tact and diplomacy.

  • Prior cash handling experience preferred

  • Familiar with iPhone and iPad technology

  • Attention to detail, quality and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Outgoing, engaging, self-starter

  • Enjoys interacting with guests

  • Ability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays, including late evenings

HOURLY PAY RANGE: $21.00

The expected compensation for this position is:

$18.75 USD - $21.00 USD Hourly

** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
