Intuit Principal Product Manager, Sales Enablement in Mountain View, California

Overview

Come join the Mid Market segment team as a Principal Product Manager for Sales Enablement where you will drive the design, selection, implementation and ongoing management of world class internal systems and content that support our go-to-market teams in meeting their strategic business outcomes.

We are looking for candidates with experience of successfully implementing and managing go-to-market technology by working cross functionally with sales, marketing, finance, customer service and our technology teams. You should have a good knowledge of typical lead generation and lead to cash workflows in an enterprise environment and the types of solutions that will be required to support those processes.

You should have successful experience of building enterprise user experiences by demonstrating deep technical understanding, customer empathy, strong execution and a track record of building strong business partnership and delivering impactful business results.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience of managing large, cross functional projects in a matrix leadership role.

  • Experience of business and systems analysis and converting this into systems requirements.

  • Experience with collaborative design tools such as Figma or Miro.

  • Strong facilitation and execution skills, including the ability to define and lead complex projects simultaneously

  • Experience operationalizing product plans and communicating results and help needed across all levels of leadership from core team members to Directors and SVP.

  • Comfortable environments that are fast paced and filled with ambiguity.

  • 7+ years of experience as a product manager or implementation consultant for enterprise grade applications.

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred in computer science, engineering or business designation or equivalent relevant experience

  • Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus.

How you will lead

  • Develop a deep understanding and subject matter expertise of the end-to-end lead generation, lead to cash and sales demonstration processes, users and supporting systems

  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to define our short and long term strategy to meet the needs of users in achieving their business goals.

  • Define, prioritize and communicate the requirements for new and existing systems that will support the lead gen, lead to cash and sales demo processes.

  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to manage and resolve escalations so the team can keep moving forward.

  • Work with procurement to manage our relationship with third party vendors.

  • Develop documentation that enables users to successfully adopt our go-to-market systems on a self serve basis.

  • Collaborate with cross functional partners on the development of invitation to tender documents, shortlisting and selection process.
