Technical Director/Artist - Procedural Pipelines needed for Full Time Onsite or Remote role with Randstad Digital's client in Mt View, CA.

Role Overview: As a Technical Director/Artist specializing in procedural pipelines, you will spearhead the development of an automated pipeline capable of generating large-scale, photorealistic 3D worlds from HD maps and lidar scans. Your primary focus will be on creating innovative solutions to enhance fidelity, performance, and scalability within our customized version of Unreal Engine 5.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Houdini, with a deep understanding of procedural generation techniques.

• Proficiency in Unreal Engine (or equivalent), with the ability to develop customized solutions within the engine.

• strong background in automation, scripting, and proceduralism, with a focus on optimizing workflow efficiency.

• Experience working with vex and Python scripting languages to develop procedural pipelines.

• Familiarity with C++ programming language (Nice to have).

• Previous experience with Unreal Engine and material/shader development (Nice to have).

• Demonstrated experience in pipelining and optimizing performance in large-scale environments.
