Intuit Program Manager - Legal Operations in Mountain View, California

Overview

Intuit’s Legal, Compliance and Policy Organization (LCPO) is seeking a Program Manager - Legal Operations to join our growing operations team in a newly created role.

We are looking for a candidate with broad legal operations experience, including technology implementation, project management, e-billing and outside counsel management, legal system administration, process development and improvement, and legal workflows/automation. The right candidate will be energized by leveraging generalist experience to shape a new role, comfortable being a thought partner across the organization, and has demonstrated experience leading projects end-to-end. This role is hybrid with on-site expectations of 2-3 days per week in Mountain View, California.

What you'll bring

  • B.A. or B.S. degree

  • 5 years in-house experience in the areas of legal operations program management

  • 5 years in-house experience managing common LegalTech tools (Contract Lifecycle Management, Matter Management, eBilling, Governance, Risk and Compliance, Entity Management, etc.)

  • 5 years in-house experience project managing LegalTech implementations and improvements

  • Prior experience with Project Management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Asana

  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, and expertise in establishing frameworks for others

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences

  • Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team

How you will lead

  • End-to-end implementation and management of LCPO systems, including CLM, ELM, GRC and workflow automation solutions

  • Support or lead cross-functional discussions with LCPO leads and strategic partners from separate business units to document business needs and dependencies

  • Leverage understanding of common metrics associated to efficient department operation to drive relevant and accurate data collection

  • Partner with LCPO operations peers to design effective change and knowledge management programs

  • Partner with LCPO operations peers and FP&A to support our outside counsel program, including matter management, e-billing/invoicing, budgeting and accruals, and dispute resolution
