Our Product Managers take groundbreaking products from idea to reality. They prioritize customer needs, lead agile development, and deliver delightful products and experiences to improve the lives of our customers.

Intuit’s Rotational Product Management (RPM) program is a selective two-year growth accelerator that offers several years’ worth of product experience through high-impact assignments, professional development, coaching from product leaders, and networking opportunities across Intuit. Many graduates from the program have become executives at Intuit and leaders across the tech industry.

Rotation projects may range from building new features, solving problems for new customer segments, launching rapid experiments, and aligning product experiences across the Intuit ecosystem. After the two-year program, Rotational Product Managers continue their PM role on a high-impact team.

What you'll bring

  • Must be enrolled in a U.S.-based bachelors or non-MBA masters, degree-seeking program (or the equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or other program related to Product Management and available to start with your cohort in August 2025 in Mountain View, CA

  • As the RPM program is intended to be an entry-level product management growth accelerator, having prior full time work experience in the industry is not expected

  • Demonstrated interest and passion in designing or building tech products

  • Innovative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and the ability to provide a logical framework to support conclusions and ideas

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, teamwork, and collaboration capabilities. Ability to lead and influence a cross-functional team while building strong relationships

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate impact and rally teams behind a common goal

  • Drive to take on stretch goals in a fast-paced and innovative environment

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt based on changes or new learnings

How you will lead

  • Lead a cross functional team of engineers, designers, UX researchers, data analysts, data scientists, marketers, and/or customer success to create new products and features

  • Become an expert on the customer by gathering qualitative and quantitative data to build empathy and uncover actionable insights

  • Gather requirements, define experiences and use cases, develop data-backed learning plans, lead product planning and create the product roadmap

  • Ship product and feature improvements using rapid tests and experimentation in a fast paced environment

  • Apply innovative and new technologies to improve customer experiences across Intuit’s product ecosystem
