We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sr. Field Acquisition Marketing Manager to help accelerate business growth for LinkedIn Sales Navigator for the NAMER region. You’ll develop demand generation strategy and partner closely with Growth Marketers and Marketing Operations teams to develop, execute and optimize campaigns that drive acquisition of new customers in NAMER. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end integrated campaigns that deliver high-quality marketing-qualified leads and pipeline for our Field sales teams, as well as exploring and leading efforts to grow inbound marketing contribution to the business.

A successful candidate will partner closely with Sales Development (SD) and Sales teams to regularly communicate Inbound performance, troubleshoot and optimize performance, and ensure there is tight alignment across teams and with the overall business strategy. They will work closely with the Growth Marketers and Marketing Operations teams to ensure alignment with and gain leverage from scaled digital programs, and do the same with the NAMER Field Marketing team on field programs. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the local demand generation strategy, execution and ongoing campaign optimization for the LSS acquisition program in NAMER, with a focus on digital marketing tactics, including webinars, content marketing, LinkedIn ads, email, web/SEO and more. You will do this in partnership with a team of digital marketers, field marketers and marketing operations

  • Define, forecast, and performance-manage to Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL), Sales-accepted Opportunity (SAO), and bookings goals throughout the fiscal year, in close partnership with the Growth Marketers and Demand Gen Ops teams. Present regularly on program performance and drivers to Sales and Marketing leadership teams

  • Partner closely with the NAMER Field Marketing team to understand local markets, align messaging, and identify leverage opportunities

  • Combine analytical thinking with storytelling to identify and engage the target audience through automation tactics such as Email nurtures, triggers, and retargeting campaigns, and A/B testing. Work closely with Web Marketing to bring relevant, personalized and conversion-optimized experiences to our web pages

  • Partner with Data Science and Targeting Operations to analyze, develop, and refine audience targeting, segmentation and lead follow-up strategies

  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing/Integrated Marketing, Creative Studio, and Product Marketing on messaging and creative design

  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to adapt our digital strategy to a changing environment in the various core markets of Europe

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Demand Generation or Growth Marketing

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Demand Generation/Growth Marketing or Digital Marketing

  • Experience with digital marketing channels and tactics, including Email, SEO/SEM, Paid Media, Webinars, Websites, and Mobile

  • Experience working in online B2B SaaS businesses and/or driving acquisition of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)

  • Experience with interfacing with Sales teams and Sales leaders

  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills; able to distill complex concepts into clear and concise language

  • Strong data fluency and ability to use both quantitative and qualitative information to map strategy, decisions and campaign roadmap prioritization

  • Comfort with ambiguity; Ability to work autonomously and operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing resources based on business impact

  • Strong relationship building and collaboration skills; ability to influence others and drive decisions

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $144,000 to $224,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
