Intuit Senior Product Manager, Intuit Assist in Mountain View, California

Overview

Join the fast-paced, innovative Intuit Assist team to reimagine how small businesses can save time, gain confidence, and make more money with QuickBooks. This team is at the forefront of reimagining what QuickBooks looks like in the age of AI, and you’ll lead a highly-engaged cross functional team to build new AI-Native experiences that save time for small businesses and increase small business profitability.

In this role, you’ll focus on helping small businesses save time by iterating on and improving AI-first features that automate Accounts Payable processes, as well as leading new development of features that drive increased profitability for QuickBooks customers.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on product management experience working and innovating to deliver products and experiences for end users with results

  • Experience with application of traditional and generative AI to solve customer problems

  • Curious with a bias for action; has a proven ability to learn and apply quickly

  • Strategic thinker and tactical executor, continually assessing prospective experiences, capabilities and products for desirability, feasibility and viability

  • A self-starter; adaptable, persuasive, tenacious, perceptive and able to come up with a well-developed plan and execute on it

  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead people on your cross-functional team through ambiguity; and to collaborate with a variety of functions and leaders across the company

  • Undergraduate degree in business, computer science, entrepreneurship, or data science/analytics; MBA or MS is a plus

How you will lead

  • Develop and define E2E product experiences for saving small businesses time and increasing their profitability with new AI-Native patterns and technology

  • Define and drive your team’s success metrics, roadmap, and detailed execution plans that drive continuous impact on key outcomes.

  • Create and maintain momentum and clarity, helping teams move forward swiftly and with rigor, a learning mindset and a bias toward action

  • Contribute to the broader Intuit Assist strategy and roadmap

  • Lead a scrum team composed of full stack engineers, designer, and data scientists to test our way into best-in-class AI native experiences

  • Build to think - validate assumptions via rapid experimentation

  • Develop deep customer empathy, evaluate competitive landscape, define customer problems, customer benefits, and drive data-backed opportunity sizing based on customer impact and strategic relevance

  • Understand how technology shifts could impact current and future customers and how to harness the power of these technologies to build competitive durable advantage for Intuit

  • Collaborate and work across QuickBooks product teams such as QuickBooks

  • Mobile and QuickBooks Money to partner with them on product roadmaps and execution
