Intuit Senior Staff Product Manager in Mountain View, California

Overview

Come join the Virtual Expert Platform (VEP) as a Senior Staff Product Manager (SSPM). VEP delivers core common capabilities for all Intuit customers and products worldwide and plays a critical role in driving customer benefit, growth, and long-term differentiation for the company. Our team fosters an environment of technology innovation and customer obsession. This SSPM will own the Contact Us experience, facilitating all instances when we need to connect a customer with an Expert.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years in product management, designing and delivering world-class products.

  • Experience with building and leading high performing teams.

  • Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

  • Demonstrable technical depth in software development - i.e., reading code, architecture and design discussions with strong engagement with engineering and architecture teams. AI/ML expertise/experience a plus.

  • Track record of working closely with customers, partners, listening and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities - passion for the customer.

  • Demonstrated success in taking a data driven approach and delivering impactful business results.

  • Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful products.

  • Excellent collaboration skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organizations.

  • Undergraduate degree required; focus in computer science or engineering preferred; MBA is a plus; equivalent experience will be considered.
