Intuit Staff Business Data Analyst in Mountain View, California

Overview

The Data Analyst / Data Technical Program Management is responsible for creating CTO dashboards that drive data-driven decisions, conversations and produce AI generated recommendations that evolve the next generation of our use of data and dashboards.

This role trailblazers how non-engineers and data analysts discover, access, and use data from the Intuit data lake, while creating paved roads that enables non-engineers to use self service to access data and generate insights. Ideal candidate independently drives, designs and implements solutions by leveraging existing capabilities in Intuit’s Dev Portal and data in our data lake to build the next generation CTO Staff

portal.

Additionally, this role uses data and AI to "automate the tech op rhythm, and provide insights and recommendations that inform and influence the various op mechs and deliverables in the Tech Operating Rhythm.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools

  • Experience with data visualization tools

  • Knowledge / experience of using GenAI to streamline and automate data discovery and insight generation

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions

  • Passion for technology and its potential to solve problems and improve lives

  • Self-starter who can think outside the box

  • Ability to influence, establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike

How you will lead

  • Create CTO dashboards to surface data-driven insights and enable data-driven decisions

  • Trailblaze how we discover access and use data and evolve our use of data and dashboards

  • Use data to change leadership behaviors and how leaders use their time every single day

  • Use data and AI to drive significant efficiency through automation and self-serve capabilities across a majority of the tech operating rhythm

  • Develop and operationalize a 3 year data and analytics strategy for the Tech Strategic Programs team (Similar to Office of CTO)

  • Create a paved road for non engineers to how we discover access and use data

  • Stay current with the use of GenAI in analytics
