US Tech Solutions Subscription Financial Strategy & Product Ops Manager in Mountain View, California

Job Description:

  • Team is focused on launching and growing the next generation of subscription services that bring the vision of a helpful home to life for our users.

  • Services are key to delivering a better user experience on our platform and delivering great business results and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify market opportunities, build business cases, define strategy and vision for service products.

  • Identify high RoI growth opportunities and optimize the complex subscriber acquisition funnel underpinning our services.

  • Work closely with Business Development and partner management teams in addition to leadership to support ongoing negotiations with key partners through building detailed business models.

  • Ability to deliver quickly on multiple time sensitive asks that support our leadership conversations with the partner and maximize value from top partnerships in which we've made sizable investments.

  • Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, Finance, and many other teams to execute on partner growth campaigns at scale and with high velocity.

  • Partner with analytics team to drive rigorous experimentation and success metrics on all partner growth campaigns Manage key decisions from a total P&L viewpoint.

  • Drive operational excellence, continual business improvements, and scale.

Experience:

  • Business operations or strategy consulting experience, with the ability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive projects.

  • Prior experience in subscription service management and partner management.

  • Experience launching services internationally and developing, executing growth campaigns (both paid and free) to accelerate subscriber acquisition across a complex funnel.

  • Experience working with various growth channels like CRM, in app, Paid Media etc.

  • Experience with ongoing partner relationship management.

  • Ability to serve as an advocate for your product category internally and work collaboratively to identify opportunities or resolve issues.

  • Superb communication skills, with the ability to comfortably interact with executive management
