• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 2 years of experience managing projects.

Preferred qualifications:

• BS degree in Computer Science, Communications, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience managing software development projects, communications, or with networking.

• Experience with Android, iOS App, or platform development.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will manage cross-functional projects of various sizes and scope, identify future opportunities, improve processes, and drive the technical direction of programs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Use telecommunications or networking background to drive innovation, drive network quality, and manage international initiatives.

• Work with partner teams to define technical requirements, scope, milestones/schedule, and resourcing in order to drive successful launches.

• Drive development life-cycle processes for first-party and third-party handset qualifications.

• Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Build consensus, drive issues to closure, help identify risks and mitigations, and communicate project status to senior leadership.
