Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc.), Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 6 years of experience in product design or UX.

• Experience working with visual and interaction design tools.

• Experience designing for products/services spanning multiple hardware platforms.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Design audio-based, eyes-free interactions that are easy to understand for users with varying levels of experience with TalkBack.

• Collaborate with researchers, engineers and writers to evaluate the effectiveness of the screen reader, including refining audio and text-to-speech prompts, adjusting the conversation flow, or adding new features.

• Support accessibility quality across Android and first-party apps, through regular office hours, strategic ongoing consultations, training, and representing mobile accessibility in advisory boards.

• Improve third-party accessibility quality by collaborating with OEMs and third-party developers.
