Robert Half Financial Analyst in Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join our team in the retail-clothes and accessories industry, based in Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin. This role is primarily focused on supporting the financial planning and analysis function within the organization, handling data entry, basic P& L modeling, and budgeting tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively utilize the Adaptive forecasting tool for data entry and uploads

• Develop and maintain basic Profit & Loss models

• Conduct basic data comparisons to assist in financial analysis and decision making

• Document meeting discussions and decisions, ensuring comprehensive and accurate notes

• Develop and manage budget templates for effective financial planning

• Employ accounting software systems to streamline financial operations

• Leverage knowledge of ADP - Financial Services for improved financial management

• Utilize CRM and Crystal Reports for efficient customer relationship management and reporting

• Apply data mining techniques to extract valuable information for decision making

• Handle various accounting functions including accrual accounting, auditing, budget processes, and capital management Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required for the role.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential.

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is expected.

• Crystal Reports knowledge is necessary.

• The candidate must be adept at Data Mining Techniques.

• The role demands proficiency in Accounting Functions.

• Accrual Accounting skills are required.

• Auditing experience is a must for the position.

• The candidate should be well-versed in Budget Processes.

• Knowledge of Capital Management is important for this role.
