Wire/Panel Technician

Direct Hire

$30 - $35/hr.

Position: Wire Technician

Location: Mukilteo

Shift: Monday - Friday (6am - 2:30pm)

Pay: $30 - $35/hr

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Wire Technician, where you will be responsible for assembling electrical or electronic systems, supporting structures, and installing components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings using various tools. You will:

  • Adjust, repair, or replace electrical or electronic components

  • Drill or tap holes in specified equipment locations to mount controls units or to provide openings for elements, wiring, or instruments

  • Fabricate parts, coils, or structures according to specifications, using drills, calipers, cutters or saws

  • Perform all wiring tasks (cutting, stripping, looming, terminating, marking)

  • Handle all aspects of low voltage technician tasks, wiring activities, mechanical assembly of components, functional testing, QA for completed panels, and manage packaging and shipping activities

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of previous experience building/wiring control panels

  • Ability to assemble and wire low voltage panels

  • Proficiency in using small hand tools for mechanical assembly

  • Experience in reading, interpreting, and comprehending electrical schematics and mechanical drawings

  • Solid understanding of AC/DC electrical circuits and related equipment

  • Ability to perform functional testing and QA for completed panels

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00
