Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Systems Engineer to support a Healthcare client local to Northwest IN. This is a day shift position with a 9 week rotating on-call schedule and will be hybrid onsite in Munster, IN. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Microsoft Windows and Linux servers. The Systems Engineer has daily tasks including but not limited to installing updates and patches, maintaining and supporting enterprise backups and restores, troubleshooting issues, upgrading hardware, monitoring servers for faults before they occur, ensuring anti-virus software is installed and up to date, as well as providing assistance to other members of the technical team. Also responsible for developing and maintaining domain configurations and identifying issues and recommending corrective actions. Provides support for application issues and offers assistance to application support personnel. Identifies and understands new technologies and recommends them when applicable.

Skills and Requirements

· 2-4 years experience in System Engineering

 · Infrastructure specialty in one of the following - Windows, Unix, Linux, and/or VMWare

Citrix experience · Healthcare experience

 · Advanced Citrix knowledge / experience

Experience / certification in Microsoft Exchange null
