Fantastic opportunity in Murfreesboro for an experienced Accounts Payable clerk with a little bit of A/R experience. Responsibilities

• Review invoices and purchase orders for payment

• Code invoices with correct expense code and enter into system

• Perform check runs and obtain signatures for checks

• Assist with AR - bank deposits, posting payments, processing credit apps, prepare billing

• Bank statement reconciliations

• Credit card reconciliations

• Month end/year end close
