This position exists to act as a liaison between all departments for Corporate Accounts as assigned by management and to assist with the day-to-day leadership and training within all levels of the sales department specific to interactions with Corporate Accounts. Qualified candidates will consistently perform at a high-level working towards achieving corporate goals and Inpro\'s Mission Statement. Primary Duties: Assist with development of new and existing Corporate Accounts. Coordinate onboarding and maintenance of all Corporate Accounts between Inpro departments. Be the expert in the sales process for our Corporate Accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist with training and updating general sales staff on Corporate Accounts updates. Update and maintain sales reports for Corporate Accounts. Assisting with setting up new and maintaining EDI programs within Corporate Accounts. Assist with negotiating contracts and rebate programs. Update and maintain contracts, special pricing and rebate programs. Work with IT to develop efficiencies in our processes. Implement and maintain new programs such as contract pricing, part numbers, stocking programs and other production needs. Coordinate these projects across multiple internal teams such as product management, operations and sales. Promote all Divisions.Maintain proficient level of product knowledge. Work with Product Managers to develop or maintain efficiencies with products and outside vendors for Corporate Accounts. Work with marketing to develop materials needed for growth of Corporate Accounts. Follow up on delegated customer service issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner for Corporate Accounts. Successful candidates will: Have expert use/knowledge of Salesforce, Experlogix, NetSuite and Excel Be team orientated with all internal and external customers, providing the highest level of support as necessary to meet/exceed the needs of Corporate Accounts customers Interact positively and professionally with all internal customers/departments. Utilize time management skills to maximize timely account set-ups and maintenance.
