PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Concrete Carpenters for commercial projects throughout the Myrtle Beach, SC Area. The contractors we work with are seeking individuals with unique skills that can help deliver on the high-end work they promise to their customers. If you know how to install, Pour, & FInish Concrete, Lead small crews on Large Commercial projects, & Have related construction Foreman, Leadman, and Journeyman Experience - there is work to be done right away. Seeking - 2 Foreman / Lead carpenters - 4 Journeyman concrete form installers & carpenters - 6 carpenters / Top Helpers Project is slated for over 18 months & Starts May 27th, 2024 when you get selected fro the Project.

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $31 / hour Based on DOE

Responsibilities:

• Cut, Shape, & Install wood and other materials required to achieve various tasks as defined in the Blueprints.

• Install metal, wood framing, concrete form, and truss components while reading and understanding blueprints and

• Schematics using hand and electric tools to cut and fabricate and install the framework, formwork & related components

• Assemble and fasten materials to existing structures, new structures, & demo as needed

• Shape and cut materials to specific measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws

• Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, finishing interior and exterior trim, and other wooden fixtures.

• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures using wood, plywood, concrete, and wallboard.

• Maintain safety practices at all times. Prepare the layout and scope of work for the project.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints a plus.

 Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience working as a concrete carpenter

• Foreman must have experience leading & Running crews on large Commercial Projects.

• Previous experience with Large commercial Concrete, Carpentry, & related trades

• Must be familiar with carpentry concepts

• Must be familiar with carpentry tools.

• Must be familiar with construction safety practices.

• Position will require BG (May require a Drug Test)
