Maids and Housekeeping Cleaners: Top Mast Resort, Inc. located in North Truro, MA on Cape Cod in Barnstable County: Temporary, Full-time, 04/01/2025-11/15/2025. 35 hours p/week, 5-6 days per week, days and shifts rotate and vary, shifts required to work are:9am-2pm - Monday-Saturday, 10am-2pm Sundays only, night shifts are 5pm-7pm, 6pm-8pm, and/or 7pm-9pm. Days and shifts vary. Split shifts are mandatory. (18) Openings. Will train to clean all areas of a resort hotel. Duties include but are not limited to: cleaning guests rooms and common areas, indoor pool complex, laundry, making beds, vacuuming, dusting, washing and dry-mopping floors, emptying trash from guest rooms, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, changing and replacing bath and bed linens and checking in guests at pool. Adhere to all hotel specifications and standards. No education or prior work experience is required. On the job training is provided. \$18.71 p/hour. Overtime is not available. Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.88 p/day during travel to a maximum of \$59 p/day with receipts. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Employer will use a single workweek for computing wages starting Monday at 12:01 am and ending Sunday at 11:59 pm and the employee will be paid on Wednesday (weekly) by company check. H-2B workers will be provided with reimbursement by company check during the first workweek for visa, visa processing and related costs, except passport costs. All deductions required by law will be deducted weekly. Lodging may be available through employer. If housing is provided by employer, employee cost for housing is \$100 per week and is paid directly by employee to employer each pay period. Transportation to worksite is not provided.
