Our Sr. Solutions Architect is responsible for:

  • Deployment and acquisition of new business development opportunities through the sale of KellyConnect’s comprehensive contact center solutions.

  • Developing and implementing consultative sales strategies to target new business opportunities, focusing on positioning KellyConnect’s unique capabilities and value proposition.

  • Increasing the number of opportunities in the sales pipeline by actively managing the sales process and driving opportunities through to contract closure.

  • Leveraging your understanding of the BPO industry by applying a consultative approach to identify and address the specific needs of prospective clients across various geographies.

  • Owning the entire sales cycle while coordinating and or engaging support from appropriate internal partners to execute against pursuit strategies.

  • Building sales plans to grow market share differentiating Kelly against competitors to acquire new business

  • Crafting strategic sales plans to increase market share, differentiating KellyConnect from competitors to acquire new business.

  • Applying the knowledge of labor, community, and industry awareness to a business development opportunity, and educate the client while bringing innovative ideas to the table

Essential Skills:

  • Strong decision making with results in mind and a focus on post-sales follow-up to ensure service issues related to implementation and execution are addressed quickly and thoroughly.

  • Focus on facilitating teamwork between key internal and external resources to meet the client’s needs

  • Strong understanding of the business to lead and drive their talent journey.

Travel required: 25-50%

Seeking minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in consultative, BPO, or professional services environment. A focus on contact center experience is most desirable.
