Job Title: General Labor Worker

Location: Nacogdoches, Texas

Pay Range: $14.25/ hr with guaranteed overtime pay!

What’s the Job?

As a General Laborer Worker, you will assist in various demolition projects, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Your construction background will be invaluable in performing physically demanding work, operating tools and equipment, and following safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery.

• Prepare sites by clearing debris and performing site clean-up.

• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Perform basic construction tasks such as dismantling, loading, and sorting materials.

• Support skilled tradespeople and supervisors as needed.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and environmental practices.

Previous experience in construction or demolition is preferred.

Must have the ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions.
