A Tire Retread Technician plays a crucial role in extending the life of tires and reducing waste within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Willing to Learn or Previous Experience in tire retreading, automotive maintenance, or related field.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy tires and equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate retreading equipment.
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of tire construction, materials, and repair techniques.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.
