MTC Evening Studies/Co Disability Coordinator in Nampa, Idaho

Wage - $22.76 per hour

Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible monitoring Test of adult Basic Education (TABE) outcomes for those students identified as needing additional instructional support in the academic area of study. Responsible for facilitating tutoring for all students in a variety of subject areas to include the college preparation program. Works in conjunction with the co-disability coordinator, in compliance with governments and management directives.

Essential functions:

  1. Coordinates, prepares lessons plans and structured activities for tutoring and evening study activities.

  2. Makes recommendations for new and innovative programming that will enhance the evening study program.

  3. Prepares and provides homework and assignments for all students who attend tutoring or evening study programs.

  4. Functions as the co-disability coordinator for the center and ensure all PRH requirements are related to students’ disabilities and accommodations are being met.

  5. Set up accommodations files. Monitor, track, and follow up on the effectiveness of accommodations.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree and one (1) years of related experience or

  • High school diploma or equivalent with two (2) years of related experience.

  • A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
