Evaluate patient needs and create treatment plans 2. Provide and oversee physical/aquatic therapy services 3. Direct and instruct patients with chronic disease conditions, physical disabilities, or injuries 4. Supervise a team of: - Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) - Aides - Student interns Patient Population - Work with patients across the lifespan (adult and pediatric), however we are able to customize to preference and skill set. Job Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality patient care services in accordance with professional guidelines and code of ethics - Conduct thorough examinations to develop personalized plans of care that: - Promote movement and function - Reduce pain and discomfort - Prevent disability and disease progression - Collaborate with patients, family members, and healthcare providers to achieve optimal outcomes - Assess patient needs and create comprehensive treatment plans - Provide and oversee physical and aquatic therapy services for various conditions, including: - Musculoskeletal conditions (e.g., back pain, joint injuries) - Developmental delays (e.g., pediatrics, neonatal care) - Chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, obesity, Parkinson's, arthritis, Alzheimer's, vascular disease) - Direct and instruct patients to achieve maximum functionality and independence, empowering them to maintain wellness goals and a clear path to long-term success after discharge.
