Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a PC Technician in the service industry, located in Naples, Florida. This role involves working with various computer hardware and database systems, utilizing Dell and Linux technologies, and conducting AB testing, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware and software

• Install, maintain, and repair various computer systems and components

• Manage databases to ensure optimal performance and security

• Utilize Dell Technologies for system maintenance and upgrades

• Work with EO/IR systems as per operational requirements

• Apply Linux Technologies for system operations and administration

• Conduct AB Testing to optimize system performance

• Manage user accounts through Active Directory

• Maintain and troubleshoot Apple devices within the organization

• Implement and manage Backup Technologies to secure data

• Oversee cable installation for network and hardware systems.
