Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Naples, Florida. This role will primarily focus on various accounting-related tasks including Accounts Payable, data entry, record keeping, reconciliations, and assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable process in adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Verify invoice accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and follow up with vendors as necessary.

• Ensure high-level accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

• Conduct credit card reconciliations.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Provide support in payroll processing.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports.

Requirements

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• Demonstrable experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Proficiency in Bank Reconciliations

• Solid knowledge of General Ledger management

• Experience in Journal Entries

• Familiarity with Month End Close procedures

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

• Strong time management and organizational skills.
