FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED This position is located in Napoleon, Ohio and is a brownfield plant start-up. The facility will be a Dana final assembly plant for the Ford Bronco and Ranger products Currently Hiring for 2nd shift: 4pm-12am. Rate: $18.00 + 0.50 shift differential Responsibilities: Transport Materials and inventory - Load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack and stage products and materials using a forklift, pallet jack, tugger, turret or other power equipment in accordance with FIFO policy. Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies Collects and properly disposes of scrap bracing, cardboard, trash, and strapping; maintains a safe and clean work environment. Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory. Confirms shipping details or special instructions; expedites shipments that affect the manufacturing process schedule. Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product. Prepares and maintains records of materials received and shipped including dates of transactions, locations, and other pertinent information. Conduct cycle counts, which includes verifying accuracy of quantity of materials Load finished goods for shipment to customers with industrial truck / material handling equipment Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
