BAE Systems Operations Program Manager in Nashua, New Hampshire

Job Description

Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Interface directly with NHQ factories on production execution, coordinating and communicating program priorities and assisting in resolving day to day issues that occur on the factory floors.

  • EW-IMC CCA & Final Factory

  • Microwave West Factory

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Subcontract functions to ensure material availability to maintain program schedules.

  • Work with suppliers as required to address material issues impacting program cost/schedule metrics.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Assist in the implementation and execution of affordability/cost take out projects. Perform data analysis to identify additional opportunities worth pursuing.

  • Work directly with the Affordability OPM to identify and estimate ROI on new project ideas.

  • Coordinate with the quality organization on defect trends and COPQ drivers to create and maintain actionable Root Cause Corrective Action plans.

  • Identify HPU outliers across all builds and develop and maintain actions to resolve.

  • Assist with Control Account Management by providing Earned Value inputs to authorized CAMs.

  • Inclusive of % completion for ongoing tasks.

  • Risk and Opportunity realization/mitigation.

  • Monitoring and reporting status on Program Performance Based Payment (PBP) milestones.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
