BAE Systems Senior Principal Photo Lithography Engineer in Nashua, New Hampshire

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. To allow employees to balance their work and personal lives, we offer flexible 9/80 work schedules, where employees work nine-hour days with every other Friday off within a two-week pay period.

In order to meet the goals of increasing wafer volume, new product development, new equipment/tool qualification, the lithography sector of MEC foundry is seeking for a highly skilled and capable photo lithography engineer that could lead the team to meet the increasing demand and the challenges.

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, and a minimum of 10 years of related experiences in semiconductor industry, highly desirable in the field of photo lithography process and tools. The candidate should

  • Have broad knowledge and in-depth understanding of photo resist chemicals, photo lithography processes and tools

  • Have a trackable record of good exercise in qualifying new photo tools and materials (resist coater, develop tracks, UV aligner/stepper)

  • Have proven skills in resolving technical challenges/issues effectively

  • Very familiar with MES system; having good knowledge in SPC, statistical analysis and software

  • Highly capable in sustaining both lithograph processes and tools

  • Be able to multi-task, have a high sense for priorities and urgency

  • Capable of working as both individual contributor; and a lead role in a team project if assigned

  • Able to work and deliver the goals in a demanding environment

  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to perform job functions for long hours in a wafer foundry cleanroom environment,

  • Hands-on experience with photolithography processes in compound (GaN/GaAs) semiconductor wafers highly desirable

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, with 15 years in relevant work experience of photo lithography process, from semiconductor industry

  • Or a Master degree in science or engineering, with 10 years in relevant work experience in photo lithography process, from semiconductor industry environment

  • Any experience/knowledge in Ebeam lithography process/tools is highly valued

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
