• Transport logs and forest products from the logging site to the mill or processing plant
• Inspect truck and trailer before and after each trip
• Secure loads using chains, binders, and other equipment
• Drive defensively and anticipate hazards on the road
• Maintain accurate logs and records as required by state and federal regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, other drivers, and mill personnel
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
