As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support our team and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must have at least 2 years' Administrative Assistant work experience.

salary: $18 - $21 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage office supplies and equipment.

  • Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.

  • Documentation: Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.

  • Data Entry: Maintain and update electronic and paper filing systems, including data entry and record-keeping.

  • Communication: Facilitate internal and external communication, including handling inquiries and relaying information as needed.

  • Support: Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role preferred, but not required.

  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software. Must have organizational and time management skills.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

  • Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor.
