Master Builders Solutions is seeking a strong professional with experience in sales and management within the concrete industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for devising strategic plans and providing direction to enhance profitability and revenue within the assigned area. This role encompasses identifying new business opportunities, cultivating and sustaining key account relationships, and supporting newly acquired accounts. The candidate will be responsible for training, developing, and mentoring direct reports while ensuring the effective implementation and communication of company initiatives, policies, and procedures to them.

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction industry or a related field.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred; however, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

  • Manage a team of at minimum of 5+ direct reports, ensuring team performance and accountability.

  • Expertise in sales forecasting, trend analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Experience managing P&L statements and aligning sales activities with financial goals.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, to manage pipelines and track metrics.

  • Strong communication skills for internal collaboration and client relationships, with a proven track record of implementing strategic solutions, exceeding sales targets, and driving business outcomes at the executive level.
