Job Skills / Requirements

1st Shift Armed Security Officer

Mon-Fri 6:30am-4pm

$17/Hour

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

  • Must be a US citizen or present valid right to work paperwork.

  • This position requires an Armed Tennessee Security License

  • Armed security officer (must pass Armed training, have valid pistol permit).

  • Monitoring CCTV arrivals of Vehicles in and out of site by keeping log.

  • Managing visitors on site through sign in rosters.

  • Will write detailed and accurate reports utilizing company technology and web or app-based software during each shift that align with site instruction/post orders.

  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting and addressing the concerns of visitors and employees.

  • The Ability to consistently arrive on time for shifts, clock in and out, meet time commitments, follow instruction, follow dress code and appearance standards and expectations

  • Consistently communicates with the Advanced Patrol Officer and or the Branch Patrol Supervisor to promptly report any customer or property related information and concerns

  • Responsible for the care of any Signal equipment assigned during shift including radios, access keys/cards, uniforms, and devices, etc

  • Manage daily activities while meeting key benchmarks and expectations set by the Branch Patrol Supervisor such as reporting standards and service quality.

  • Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and other incidents, utilizing appropriate actions and established protocols.

  • Always look professional in a clean and pressed uniform.

  • Informs and ensures compliance of SEI and Clients policies, such as smoking, loitering, parking violations, etc.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Certification Requirements (Any)

Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses Tennessee Armed Security License
