TAD PGS, Inc. Business Development Manager in Nashville, Tennessee

We have an outstanding career for opportunity for a Business Development Managerto join a leading Company located in theNashville, TNsurrounding area.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships and opportunities with key decision makers resulting in the sale of Electronic Security Technology Systems and maintenance contracts.

  • Meet directly with customers to establish needs and drive the overall sales process.

  • Conduct customer site walk-thru's and estimate Electronic Security system installations and service opportunities.

  • Work with other personnel to execute growth, development, sales, and marketing of all Electronic Security solutions offered.

  • Develop market awareness through networking, presentations, and associations.

  • Construct and submit professional written proposals within established deadline.

    Basic Hiring Criteria:

  • Prior professional sales experience calling on commercial customers within the Electronic Security System market or related technologies.

  • Solid sales skills and ability to uncover effective customer solutions.

  • Work independently as well as within a team environment to deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

  • Shows initiative, engages in proactive behavior, and looks for opportunities.

  • Very adaptable and responds effectively to changes in situation or information.

  • Strong sales, presentation, communication, and customer relation skills along with knowledge of products and services.
