Business Project Advisor

General Responsibilities:

  • Ensure appropriate project governance and decision-making methodology are in place and adhered to for integrity and maintenance of the original business case and adjustments are communicated & understood by all key stakeholders.

  • Ensure operational readiness including but not limited to ensuring people-focused change management tasks are appropriately incorporated with clear timing, defined ownership, and delivery.

  • Monitors program/project progress against goals and objectives and implements communication and reporting mechanisms to manage issues, risk, and timely delivery of initiative results.

  • Evaluate program/project health for delivery and resource utilization and implementation of identified changes to improve program effectiveness.

  • Be knowledgeable in CareAllies Products and business units with the goal of being sought out as a leader to help facilitate strategic meetings that will help further evolve CareAllies growth goals.

  • Work on significant processes utilizing independent judgment and discretion within a large business organization or across various functional areas.

  • Be able to influence in direct and matrix environment.

  • This position will serve as the CareAllies liaison to assist with operational readiness activities with Business partners.

  • Resolve issues and determine contingency plans and triggers for risks. As needed, escalates issues to appropriate audiences including key business leaders and team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of Program/Project Management experience required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant experience

  • Excellent program/project management/organizational skills needed for this role.

  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to manage, motivate, and hold accountable indirect reports/business partners.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve complex issues/risks.

  • Strong focus on customer service.

  • PC skills including Microsoft Office including MS Project proficiency required.
