Position Overview

Provides compensation analysis and support to Corporate, Operations and, Human Resource management on base and variable pay programs and policies under general supervision. Conducts job analyses and evaluates market data and pay practices. Calculates commissions and bonuses according to incentive plan parameters. Serves as a resource on all matters related to compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Calculates commissions and bonus payments in compliance with commission and bonus incentive compensation plans.

  • Monitors, researches, and responds to commission and bonus related issues.

  • Analyzes jobs using established evaluation systems, assigns pay grades, prepares job descriptions, and maintains documentation

  • Applies standardized methods to the analysis and review of internal pay equity and recommends pay adjustments

  • Helps coordinate the administration of merit pay for performance programs, including analysis and reporting

  • Researches, analyzes, and evaluates market data and pay practices; participates in compensation surveys

  • Prepares and analyzes changes in wages and salaries for pay policy compliance

  • Contributes to the design, development and implementation of compensation communication and training materials (e.g., incentive plan documentation, merit program communications, FLSA compliance training)

  • Provides consultative and analytical support to Corporate, Field, and Human Resource leaders on compensation strategies, programs, issues, and practices

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of human resources, compensation, finance or related experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of Human Resources and Compensation related principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations

  • Analytical skills, attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Business acumen

  • Written and verbal communication skills, including internal consulting skills

  • Organizational skills to prioritize and meet deadlines

  • Project and process management skills

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Pay Ranges$54,983.00 - $91,638.00

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
