The Employment Specialist is responsible for assisting the senior leadership team within the business unit and the organization in bridging the gap between the current and desired business performance levels. Also responsible for balancing short-term business needs with long-term perspectives on success to ensure that our change journey produces desired results.

Location: This is a hybrid position and will require 1-2 days per week in the Nashville office.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 2 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
