We are actively searching for a dedicated Financial Analyst for our Nashville, TN location. The ideal candidate will showcase a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to meeting our continually changing organizational needs. Responsibilities for this role include providing business planning and forecasting administration/analysis, analysing monthly and annual financial results, conducting analyses as requested by management, interacting with various personnel, and administering our planning system, IBM Planning Analytics.

Hard Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• 3-5 years total experience

• Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Advanced Excel skills

• Database and strong presentation skills

• Experience working with IBM Planning Analytics

• Oracle experience

• Firm understanding of financial statements

Soft Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Ability to meet deadlines
