FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is looking for a talented and hard-working Front Desk Receptionist (7am-7pm) to join our ever-growing rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greet guests and provide a warm caring initial experience for guests

• Answers phones and dispatches calls and messages

• Other miscellaneous duties

• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills

• Professional demeanor and appearance

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task

• Must enjoy working with seniors

Shift

Full-time shift, approximately 7am - 7pm. The schedule rotates, 3 days one week and 4 days the next.

Week-1)Mon-Tue & Fri-Sat.

Week-2) Sun-Wed-Thurs
