Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper for our team based in Nashville, Tennessee. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial transactions. This role will utilize various accounting software to manage and process financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial transactions

• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Concur, and Microsoft Excel to manage and process financial data

• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy

• Prepare and generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for management review

• Assist in the preparation and management of budgets

• Use critical thinking skills to identify any discrepancies in financial records and resolve them promptly

• Ensure all financial data is in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

• Communicate effectively with other team members and management to ensure smooth operation of financial functions

• Continually seek to improve and streamline accounting processes and operations.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations procedures

• Proficient in Billing Functions

• Experience with QuickBooks and Concur software

• Ability to maintain Financial Records in an organized manner
