Job Description

Position Overview

Responsible for executing creative concepts and designs across various marketing channels, working closely with different functions within the marketing team to support their initiatives. Ensures consistency and adherence to TruGreen's brand identity across all design deliverables, while also providing input on brand evolution when necessary. Coordinates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage project timelines, revisions, and production processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.

Responsibilities

  • Create visually compelling designs for a variety of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, direct mail pieces, social media graphics, website assets, and email campaigns.

  • Work closely with members of the marketing team, including Marketing Managers, Content Creators, and Digital Marketers, to understand project objectives and deliver designs that align with campaign strategies and goals.

  • Ensure consistency and adherence to TruGreen's brand identity across all design deliverables, while also providing input on brand evolution when necessary.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage project timelines, revisions, and production processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.

  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into design revisions, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to iterate on designs until they meet project requirements.

  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency before final production and distribution.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept to final production, while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.

Competencies

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software. Figma experience is preferred.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project needs.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate creative briefs and marketing strategies into visually engaging designs that resonate with target audiences.

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality design work on time and within budget constraints.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in both print and digital media.

Pay Ranges$54,983.00 - $91,638.00

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
