Position Summary

As an HCM Analyst, you will be responsible for administering, configuring, and maintaining our Workday Human Capital Management system (HCM). You will support various HR functions, including talent acquisition, development, benefits, compensation, and people analytics.

This is a hybrid position based in our Nashville, TN headquarters, requiring you to be in the office three days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and other departments on matters pertaining to HR systems.

  • Analyze, document, communicate, and validate business requirements regarding the Workday system.

  • Support HR technology efforts involving Workday HCM.

  • Develop and run queries and reports.

  • Conduct ongoing audits and quality assurance to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Perform testing for software upgrades and other system changes.

  • Stay current with changes in laws and regulations affecting HR systems.

  • Perform data loads using EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)

  • Perform Organizational management changes and analysis

  • Develop and configure integrations for Workday HCM/Integration projects including application extensions, file transmission and interface security.

  • Support project managers in conducting Integration impact analysis, defining scope and providing delivery estimates for technical work.

  • Assist the integration team to configure and test integration between Workday and other 3rd party/custom solutions.

  • Performed System Integration testing of the all-in scope inbound and outbound integrations.

  • Interact with 3rd party vendors on integration and development activities.

  • Participate in end user support of integrations for Workday including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.

  • Analyze the end-to-end requirements provided by the Client to develop use cases, test plans, test cases and test scripts for Workday reporting and dashboard applications.

  • Create complex custom reports and calculated fields to provide the required data form Workday system to end user.

  • Utilize advanced reporting tools in Workday to create matrix, advanced, search, transpose and trending reports.

  • Update the Workday custom report library, including documenting development standard and QA for reports development.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years prior experience in a HRIS role

  • Prior experience working with HRIS systems - Workday preferred

  • Prior experience with HRIS system implementation

  • Experience with creating custom reports

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications: Workday Pro, SHRM/PHR

  • Workday experience

  • HR background and/or Compensation background
