Job Summary:

Are you seeking a challenging and exciting role in the IAM cybersecurity domain? Join our Web and Directory services Cybersecurity team as a Product Owner, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and architecting secure IAM solutions for multiple lines of business. As a Product Owner, you will lead a team of security professionals and work closely with various product teams to ensure seamless integration and management of IAM technologies. You must deeply understand IAM practices, solutions, product delivery, cloud, infrastructure operations, DevOps & Agile principles to succeed in this role. What You Will Do:

  • Facilitate the collaboration across IAM teams and other organizations across Caterpillar Inc.

  • Leverage Data to drive informed decision-making and increase transparency for all levels of the organization.

  • Drive the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, enhancing observability, dashboarding, and supporting metrics across teams.

  • Increase the adoption of Agile, Automation & SecDevOps practices.

  • Participate in the IAM program delivery, translating business compliance and technical needs into detailed requirements and architectural solutions.

  • Communicate with end users and internal customers to help direct application software development, debugging, and testing for accuracy, integrity, interoperability, and completeness.

  • Manage AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of applications.

  • Oversee the design, provisioning, and management of IAM infrastructure and related technologies.

  • Manages the completion of its work assignments and coordinates work with others. Based on past experiences and knowledge,

  • Work independently with minimal management input and review of results.

  • Collaborate with security teams to integrate security practices into DevOps processes, ensuring compliance with security standards.

  • Lead a team, providing technical guidance and support for infrastructure patterns, frameworks, and project work.

  • Act as a change agent, leading teams, and projects to deliver business and technical solutions that provide a balance between security risk mitigation.

  • Knowledge of essential activities and deliverables of an Identity Access Management system; ability to utilize application design methodologies, tools, and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design.

  • Drives and performs integrated and customer acceptance testing of components, which requires careful planning and execution to ensure timely, quality results.

What You Have:

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities coupled with solid communication and documentation skills.

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with IAM solutions such as Active Directory, Azure AD, CyberArk, Ping, and Multifactor Authentication.

  • Knowledge and experience with modern application development practices.

  • Proven product ownership skills with a strong understanding of best practices, tools, and techniques.

  • Robust technical architecture and operational technology experience, preferably with experience in Cloud technologies.
