Job Summary:

Acts as lead for Guest Services Entrance Specialists. Lead for approximately 15-30 entrance attendants per shift. The lead ensures the correct staffing level per location per shift based on the number of staff scheduled and present. The lead ensures staff is following all policies and procedures of an entrance attendant.

Job Description

  • Trains staff on all duties and procedures for an entrance attendant.

  • Rounds entrance attendant locations and monitors staff as it relates to policies and procedures.

  • First line of service recovery and de-escalation of patient /family day of complaints.

  • First line communication of new or revised procedures and policies.

  • Positions staff according to entrance attendant staffing plan.

  • Monitors and coaches entrance attendant specifically on Customer Service, Wayfinding, Service Recovery, Environment Safety, Visitor Management software and technical software.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Technical Capabilities

  • Documentation (Intermediate): Ensures that all documentation is complete, accurate, thorough, and compliant.

  • Critical Thinking (Intermediate): The objective analysis and evaluation of an issue in order to form a judgment.

  • Customer Service (Intermediate): A continuing focus on the needs and requirements of customers, anticipating their needs, remaining sensitive to customers while performing services for them, responsive to customer needs.

  • Data Entry (Intermediate): The ability to transcribe information from the original source into an electronic system according to written and verbal instructions efficiently and accurately.

Hours

  • 9pm-5am weekends (Sat-Sun)
