Robert Half Marketing Project Manager in Nashville, Tennessee

Description

At Robert Half we are looking to expand our pool of Marketing Project Managers. The ideal candidate will have proven success in overseeing marketing campaigns, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management methodologies, marketing strategy, and performance tracking to drive business goals and enhance brand visibility.

Must be local to Nashville, open to freelance or long-term contracts.

W2 Pay: $30/hr- $40/hr

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee marketing projects and campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met

  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to define project goals, milestones, and scope

  • Develop and maintain project timelines, task lists, and workflows using project management tools

  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, communication, and accountability

  • Monitor project performance, track key metrics (ROI, KPIs), and provide data-driven recommendations

  • Ensure creative and marketing assets align with brand standards and campaign objectives

  • Identify project risks, resolve challenges, and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency

  • Stay up to date on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to optimize workflows and outcomes

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience managing marketing projects or campaigns for brands or agencies

  • Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar)

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and stakeholders

  • Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and recommend adjustments

  • Ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with marketing objectives
