Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team at a food manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting both electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, 480V systems, sensors, switches, and three-phase motors. This role requires hands-on work with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, conveyors, and micrometers. The environment is non-climate controlled, and you must be comfortable working in hot conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform PLC troubleshooting on Allen Bradley and Siemens systems.

• Handle 480V electrical systems, sensors, and switches.

• Work closely with three-phase motors.

• Operate and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.

• Assist with conveyor systems and use micrometers for precise measurements.

• Ensure the maintenance and repair of equipment in a non-climate controlled environment.

Essential Skills

• 3-8 years of industrial maintenance experience.

• Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems.

• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.

• PLC troubleshooting expertise.

• Familiarity with Kuku Robots, sensors, and three-phase motors.

• Ability to use micrometers and handle barrings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Boiler experience is advantageous.

Work Environment

The work environment is non-climate controlled, with certain areas being very hot. Employees need to be comfortable wearing non-slip resistant shoes and working in high heat conditions. We have openings for both day and night shifts: 5AM - 5:30PM and 5PM - 5:30AM, with two consecutive days off per week, which may include weekends.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
