Overview

Provider Link Liaison supports the organization in enrolling physicians in Provider Link, owning password resets, training, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Runs reports to establish Physician Provider Link Enrollments

  • Reports out weekly on Provider Enrollments:

  • Number of new Enrollments

  • Number of physicians using system:• Turnaround time• Last use date

  • Responsible for developing relationships with Primary Care Physicians and their offices

  • Introducing the company and what Provider Link does for the Attending Physicians

  • Responsible for determining areas of opportunity and making contact with offices

  • Communicates, promptly, any negative feedback from Physician Offices:

  • Determine what we can do to make it better

  • Responsible for maintaining Provider Link Physicians with access to and password resets

  • Presents information in various ways for visualization and action

  • Monitors KPIs to measure effectiveness

  • Meets with and provides updates to Orders Management Team:

  • Process Improvement/Opportunity

  • Provide feedback to Sales/Marketing on progress and/or barriers

  • Confirm delivery methods in HCHB/Forcura

  • Uses skills and qualifications that help solve problems with large amounts of data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or experience in lieu of

  • Excel preferred

  • Ability to set and meet deadlines

  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Customer Service Oriented

  • Outgoing

  • Represent company in a professional manner

  • Excellent Communication skills

  • Ability to travel frequently
