We are seeking a passionate, customer-driven team player with a knack for formal project management and a proven history of success. In this leadership role, you will mentor a talented team of project managers and technical experts, empowering them to achieve program delivery excellence using industry-standard tools and techniques.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and drive strategic initiatives, overseeing cross-functional teams, business partners, and development efforts as needed.

  • Provide oversight for both internal and external customer-facing programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Identify, track, and prioritize complex issues, collaborating with teams across Oracle to ensure timely resolutions.

  • Deliver regular status updates to senior management through dashboards, reports, emails, and engaging meetings, both remote and in-person.

  • Supervise multiple related workstreams managed by Project Managers, providing guidance and reporting on overall status to program stakeholders.

  • Foster positive and efficient working relationships within the Food & Beverage Global Business Unit and across Oracle divisions.

  • Respond proactively to requests from senior management, determining the most effective ways to execute, communicate, and manage initiatives.

  • Oversee and manage teams in both remote and on-site locations, inspiring them to excel.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Mastery of formal Project Management methodologies, with “end-to-end” expertise.

  • Proficient in Waterfall planning; familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.

  • 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience, with a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve task completion.

  • Strong leadership and analytical skills, with a track record of delivering results in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of management and individual contributors.

  • Experience in creating and maintaining program documentation, collateral, and communications.

  • Proficient in using MS Project to create and execute projects.

  • PMP Certification is desirable, but not required.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $70,600 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
