Job Summary and Qualifications

The Talent Management Analytics Manager will be accountable for the development, automation, deployment and support for all reporting and Business Intelligence solutions including self-service/ad-hoc environments, which focus on enterprise Talent Management activity. This role will be responsible for building & deploying advanced analytic models, building visualizations, dashboards, and a variety of reporting solutions, both internal and external to the Talent Management system, which provide expert support for all Talent Management lifecycle activities. This position will collaborate with business users, Human Resource Group (HRG) Analytics, the Information Technology Group (IRG), and any other analytic function to produce meaningful and actionable insights with regard to performance and competency assessment, talent review, and succession information.

What you will do in this role:

  • Initiate overarching strategy for Talent Management analytic solutions that includes request intake, visualization tools, quality assurance, and branding

  • Develop analytical approaches to answer business questions.

  • Improve upon current reporting standards by providing new functionality including canned reports, dashboards, predictive analysis, emailed reports, and mobile reporting capability

  • Create end-to-end report design, development and delivery from various data sources including data visualization.

  • Hold discussions and prepare materials for stakeholders, lead debate and problem solving, build consensus.

  • Partner with colleagues and customers to achieve meaningful discussions regarding data outputs and feedback on usage activities to improve Talent Management insights.

  • Strong analytical and technical skills with ability to analyze issues, assess technical risks, and recommend sound solutions in a timely manner

  • Interact with professional/community group related to analytics and business intelligence and maintain strong internal and external network of peers

What qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant work experience Required

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in management Preferred

  • Power BI Tools, Sequel (SQL), QlikView Required
